Step 1 Download some audio capture software that can grab your DVD song off of the movie. An example of such a program is My MP3 (see "Resources"). Click on the link below, and then "Download Now" to get the installation file you need.

Step 2 Open the capture installation file when ready to install. Click "Next" through each screen until the program installs. Open the program when ready. Select your stereo system or internal speakers in the "Output Format" drop-down menu.

Step 3 Pop in your DVD and begin playing the scene with the song you wish to capture. Click "Record" in your capture program. Click "Stop" when the song is over. Save the file.

Step 4 Transfer your MP3 to an MP3 player if you have one. You can then plug your MP3 player directly into your car's stereo system through the hole marked "Aux."
